Dishwasher oversudsing / leaking on the floor
If a very small amount of dish detergent the kind used in the sink gets in your dishwasher, the wash action will cause oversudsing. To stop oversudsing simply add a cap of fabric softener. If you only have the fabric softener dryer sheets, fill a water glass with warm water and let the sheet soak in the glass for a couples of minutes. Then remove the sheet, ring it out and throw it away. Then simply dump the liquid in the dishwasher and turn it on. No more suds!
